Rent a roller easily at rentmas
How does a roller work?
For rolling, a mandrel is inserted into the workpiece on which it is rolled. The workpiece is then inserted into the rolling gap during the idle step and then moved backward with the rotation of the rolls. In the next idle step, the workpiece is rotated 90 degrees and pushed forward again into the rolling gap.
Which materials can be rolled?
Steel, cast iron, or nodular cast iron are commonly used as materials for the production of rolls, and the material is chosen based on the intended use.
